Sizing Responsibility: We trust that you've made an effort to accurately measure and size your doggo to minimise returns due to incorrect sizing. While we understand that mistakes happen, we kindly request your understanding that size exchanges delay other customers' orders. If needed, we're more than happy to assist with the exchange, but please note that postage costs will be incurred by you.
Shipping Considerations: Your acceptance of Australia Post shipping terms (refer to: Australia Post Shipping Terms) is appreciated. Please acknowledge that external factors, such as those related to Australia Post and various couriers, are beyond our control. Rest assured, we make every effort to dispatch your order promptly, often faster than your furry friend can steal your slipper.
