I ordered a Pre-order item, what happens now?

By placing a pre-order for item(s), your entire order will be shipped when all products become available, usually no later than 30 days. (If you urgently need an in-stock product, please order separately).
We understand waiting can be challenging, and we strive to minimise delays. We typically don't promote pre-order products too far in advance so as not to keep your furry friend salivating while waiting for the postie.
